“In the year 2040, speed and acceleration will change for time savings and safety security in the car world”. This will lead us to, inevitably, to changue our idea of the car, or at least this should be the way to. Mike and Maaike design studio has created a concept car named ATNMBL that projects the way this future vehicle should look like.
Its idea is to create an automaton vehicle to avoid having to drive and reach all groups of public, raising up the freedom of everybody without having to own a driving license.
This vehicle adopts a different and new aesthetic and funcionality. At the inside it would be possible to live as if you were in your house, permiting to make the same actions as in the living-room. Its exterior and interior follow the mini-architecture idea. So to get it, at the outside the wheels are covered (in order to give the sensation of being an electric car as they told, however it will penalize clearly the vehicle dynamics), lowering the base and making the windows bigger (to remind the public transport idea and powering landscape sights.
It is, without doubt, an interesting vision of the future. People who would go on this “car” will have to look to the sides, not the front neither the back of the road. A more free transportation for everyone, but not too pleasant for whom, to date, can enjoy driving and continue to look with better eyes a future where the vehicle let us drive, as in the NEW BEE.
